Ian Banner is an original character of mine based on elements within the Marvel Universe. He is the clone of Aleksander Lukin who was sent to take care of Winter Soldier, and ended up turning against his orders and becoming adopted by Bruce Banner. He is 15 years old and a trained assassin with an unstable mind. He primarily speaks Russian, but also knows passable English. Ian is an Iplehouse YID Andrew.
