Topaz

This doll came out from SOOM in September, 2008, which was the month my daughter was born. I ended up purchasing her secondhand, but only  a few months later, once I realized that the doll was stylized like a fairy, like my daughter's room. She was on display for a while, always in her default outfit, but then I put her away to keep her safe. She still has the SOOM default face-up, and is in excellent condition after many years now. I decided to get her out again to show my daughter what I bought for her a long, long time ago. With a new cat, I'm not quite ready to put her on display again, and she's very large, but someday she'll be out again. I love that her wings are just fabric, so no need to worry about breaking those!
